History:

Version 0.0.20 08-05-03
  - The License, Organization, Location, Contact, Version, Copyright, and ISRC fields were no being saved on the
Browse / Edit tab. This is now fixed.

Version 0.0.19 03-04-03
   - Fixed a problem with recuse subdirectories - now works
   - Moved the about stuff to the log page.
   - Fixed problem with clear tags where track number was getting 0 instead of nothing.

Version 0.0.18 02-24-03
   - Fixed a problem with the rename based on file name. was not renaming if the 'Don't rename files..' was checked
   - Added editing, mass set, and mass clear for the following fields:
      Version
      Copyright
      License
      Organization
      Location
      Contact
      ISRC

Version 0.0.17 02-21-03
   - Re-did the way we read ogg files. now we don't need the dlls to read and write ogg files
Thanks for the OggVorbis.pass unit by Jurgen Faul<jfaul@gmx.de>
   - fixed clear tags and just an empty tag.
   - fix the ogg file list box. it now clears when you change directoreis.
   - added support for the default ogg tags defined at: http://www.xiph.org/ogg/vorbis/doc/v-comment.html
still need to add edit boxes for these to the user interface

Version 0.0.16 02-21-03
   - The save function was totally rewriten. I think i have finally whipped the ntdll.dll problem.
i should have another update in a couple of days with more fixes and changes.

Version 0.0.15 11-22-02
   - Added the genre dropdown box on the browse/edit tags and mass set tags tabs. there are about 363 genres
to choose from or you can type what ever you want.

Version 0.0.14 11-21-02
    - Added the Append, Overwrite, Prepend to the mass set tags. Now you can choose how the mass tags work.
    - On clear tags, i made all the other options gray out when you select Remove all tags.
    - Some options were not being remembered. Fixed lots of these.
    - There was no way to turn off the recuse sub directories option. Even when it was unchecked it would still do it. Fixed now.
    - Bad filenames could be made in rename from tag. Removed the illegal characters from the filename. \/:*?"<>|
    - Added Tag from file. The 'input list csv' needs to look like this:
         track1.ogg ; Erasure ; Chorus ; Pure Trance Mix
track2.ogg ; Erasure ; Ship Of Fools ; Orbital Mix
This is just like tagging from file name except there needs to be an extra field <Target file>. This field tells
tOGGer which file should use the tag information. The fields can be in any order and you can use any separators.

Version 0.0.13 08-19-02
    - Fixed the problem with ntdll.dll. i found this answer on a message board:
"Finally I found what's the problem with the ntdll.dll.
The violation access just happend when I tried to delete a file that does't
exists. So I put a try..except...end in the delete code and the problem
         doesn't happened anymore."
So i put the delete of the temp files in a try except block.

Version 0.0.12 08-12-02
The changes to this version were submitted by Moz <lists@moz.co.nz>. Thanks Moz!
    - Fixed a compile warning error on the duration computation
    - Files with out any tags will not be renamed.
    - Added the option to not over write existing tags or ignore files that have any tags already set.
    - Fixed errors that sometimes happen while writing the new ogg file.

Version 0.0.11 04-24-02
    - The ogg.dll has been added to the zip just incase your system is missing it.
    - Save button is now enabled when other tags are added, deleted, or edited.
    - The other tags field is no longer sorted.
    - Can now have multiple instances of the standard tags.
    - Added the '->' buttons next to each field on the browse edit tag. Pressing this button will copy
the tag to equivalent tag on the mass set tags tab.
    - Multi line tags can now be added in the other tags field. The CR/LF shows up as a funny char though.
    - Fixed a problem when saving changes to a file then trying to save changes again. The file was closed
after the first save. It is now saved and then reopened so more changes can be made if wanted.

Version 0.0.10 04-17-02
    - Doing a mass set tags then tag by filename wiped out the tags done with mass set. this is now fixed.
    - There were 2 recurse sub directory check boxes on the clear tags tab. i removed one of them.

Version 0.0.9 04-16-02
    - Fixed a problem with some files getting processed more than one time.
    - Tag button is now disabled if no check boxes are checked on the mass set and mass clear tabs.
    - Save button is now disabled till you make a change to the tag.
    - Fixed duration. it is still not quite right cause it does not parse the ogg file to count the
samples. it just uses the file size. but it is close enough.
    - Mass tag and clear tag will now recurse sub directories.
    - Browse / Edit tags is more robust. now it will not let you save changes when a file
has not been selected to edit.
    - Fixed the replace ' ' with space on the tag based on filename tab.
    - Fixed a problem with the auto letter case fix.

Version 0.0.8 04-12-02
    - Ripped out all the old Ogg code and replaced it with the OggVorbis C header
      file translations by Matthijs Laan

Version 0.0.7 10-27-01
    - Various bug fixes.

Version 0.0.6 10-26-01
    - Now the 'Add trash' button will say 'Delete Trash' when a TRASH is selected.
    - Added a log tab that will just say what file is being changed.
    - More pathing problems fixed.
    - Added error checking on user input. I hope I accounted for all possible errors.
    - Fixed the CRC problems. Thanks to Kieth Laib (keith@fial.com) for help with this one.

Version 0.0.5 10-25-01
    - Fixed a pathing problem.

Version 0.0.4 10-15-01
